By accessing or using GroceryMealPlanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

GroceryMealPlanner is a mobile application that provides:

• AI-powered meal planning and recipe suggestions
• Grocery list generation and management
• Nutritional information and BMR calculations
• Fitness goal tracking and progress monitoring
• Local data storage and management
• Offline functionality for meal planning

The App operates entirely locally on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Local Data Storage

All data created and stored within the App is kept locally on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your personal information on our servers.

3.2 Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create within the App. You are responsible for backing up and protecting your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, app updates, or other circumstances.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 App Ownership

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GroceryMealPlanner and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

The App may contain content from third-party sources. Such content is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of such content.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates may be automatic or require manual installation.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
